Intelligent strength training

Training that adapts to how you've recovered.

Strength IO reads your recovery — HRV, sleep, and every workout you log in any app — and builds each session to match. Heavier when you're fresh, lighter when you're not.

03 — WHAT IT DOES
Adaptive training

Weights anchored to your real effort and per-muscle recovery — set by set. Fresh muscles get pushed; taxed ones get volume pulled back, never forced.

Training load

Acute-to-chronic workload tracking flags when you're ramping too fast, so you build instead of break down.

Volume

Each muscle's weekly volume is kept inside its effective range — enough to grow, never junk sets.

Goals

Set a weekly or monthly target for sessions or volume, and track it from your Home Screen. Mark a break, an injury, or a sick week and your streak holds instead of resetting.

See whether it's working.

04 — PROGRESS
Estimated max, tracked per lift

Every lift carries an estimated one-rep max fitted from the sets you actually did, charted session by session. A plateau reads as a flat line and progress reads as a rising one.

Plateaus called honestly

A lift is only called a plateau when the app actually pushed a heavier dose and the lift didn't answer. Otherwise it says time to test — never that you failed.

Cardio, against the norms

Your VO₂ max charted over time and graded against age-and-sex standards, from Poor to Excellent — so you can see both whether it's climbing and where it puts you.

Time off doesn't count against you

Mark a break and those weeks are excluded from your trend, so a holiday reads as a holiday instead of backsliding.
